FAQ
Maintenance without mysteries.
How often should an industrial door be serviced?
It depends on usage intensity. As a rule: annual inspection for moderate use, six-monthly for intensive use or critical equipment. Fire doors have legal periodic inspection requirements.
Do you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes. We work on doors, gates and automation of any brand, with prior diagnosis and a transparent proposal.
What does the maintenance contract include?
Scheduled visits with a full checklist, technical report, priority urgent assistance and preferential component pricing. Scope is tailored to each building or site.
Prevention
The real cost of doing nothing.
A stopped industrial door doesn't cost the repair value — it costs the operation that depends on it. Blocked bays, held vehicles, stopped shifts: in a logistics operation, one avoidable failure pays for several years of maintenance contract. Preventive maintenance exists to turn unpredictable failures into planned interventions.
There is also a legal dimension: motorised equipment must keep its safety devices compliant with EN 12453, and fire doors have mandatory periodic inspection. In case of an accident, the maintenance log is the first thing the insurer asks for.
Each of our visits ends with a technical report: what was checked, what was adjusted, what should be planned. The building manager always knows the state of each piece of equipment — and what it costs to keep it that way.
