Manufacture
From drawing to lacquering.
Every gate starts with a rigorous survey of the opening: floor level differences, pillar plumb, operating clearances. On those measurements we design the structure — a reinforced aluminium profile frame, cross members sized for local wind loads and infill according to the chosen design.
Lacquering is done on a certified line, with anti-corrosion pre-treatment and oven polymerisation. This preparation is what guarantees colour stability and outdoor performance for decades — including in saline environments, where lacquered aluminium is the material of choice.
At installation, pillars and fixings are sized for the gate's weight and leverage. A cantilever sliding gate, for instance, needs no floor track but demands a calculated foundation block and counterweight — that's where the difference between professional and improvised fitting becomes obvious.
